Pre Session:

• Initial Contact & Inquiry: Once you send in an inquiry, it can take up to 24 hours to respond.
• Pre-session/event consultation: If applicable, a consultation will be set to discuss your wants and wishes for the session or wedding; this will help build familiarity and trust on the day of your session or wedding.
• Questionnaires/In-Depth Needs: For weddings, a questionnaire will be given to help gather vital information to serve you better on the day of your wedding and help me keep track of people, vendors, and requests.
• Pricing and Packages: all sessions and collections are clearly outlined to help you choose which tier or collection best fits your needs.
• Travel and Logistics: base of the desired location of your wedding or session, a traval fee would be applied. before the fee is applied, there will need to be an agreement. This is to prevent any unexpected expenditures.

During the Session:

• Photographer's Approach: During the session or event, I would help guild and talk through each pose to help curate a natural and relaxed result.
• Backup Plans: As the session date or wedding approaches, I will be keeping rack of the weather. If rain is forecasted for the session date, I will reach out to discuss an alternate back up date. On a wedding day, I will plan accordingly based on the rainy day plan for your wedding.
• Client Involvement: I encourage client's and brides to communicate during the session to help me keep a fun and safe environment. Please don't feel afraid to speak up. If you have a desired pose to try or if you feel the surrounding are not fitting your desired look. I'm here for you.

Post-Session:

• Image Turnaround Time: Turn around times are two weeks for sessions and up to 45 days for weddings. For sessions, a session preview would be available on your gallery within 48 hours. For weddings, a preview would be available within two weeks in your gallery.
• Editing and Culling: as soon as I arrive back in my office, I upload all files and start the culling process. For weddings This process takes about two weeks, for portrait sessions this process can take up to 72 hours. once culling is complete, a set chosen will be edited first for your previews.  
• Product /album ordering: During your pre-session/ wedding consultation, we would discuss of you want to add any products or albums to your. Once editing is complete, your gallery will be delivered. Within your gallery, you will chose which image(s) you would want to have printed.
• Client Gallery:  For portrait sessions, your gallery will be live for two weeks. For weddings, your gallery will be live for 30 days.
• Image Storage: I only store all sessions and weddings on an external drive for one year, please make sure you download and store all photos securely. After one year, I cannot guarantee I will retain your images.
