Hi, my name is Luz Irizarry, and I have been taking photographs for 13 years. I’m a mom of two beautiful girls, a wife of a wonderful husband, and a Christian. Due to my husband’s military career, I have taken pictures around the country and across the pond, allowing me to capture some fantastic photographs for my personal collection. While overseas, I took a break to focus on my family and to enjoy life overseas. Since returning to the state, I have chosen to move forward with a passion for photography.
My approach
I started 13 years ago in Fort Worth, Texas, doing weddings with a mentor who taught me a lot. Throughout the years, I have built on that foundation to help me become a better photographer for you. I’ve always remembered looking back at photographs and getting the same feelings I had in those moments, and that’s what I strive for: to help keep those little expressions, the stolen glances, and genuine emotions alive.
Through the years, I have learned that my service as a photographer is more than just taking pictures; it is about creating an experience well before a family steps in front of the lens, creating a relaxing, fun, and safe environment to help bring out the best moments to capture that are genuine in nature and memorable that will last generations.
